Privacy Policy qChecklist

qChecklist is developed and published by SIA QWE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We built this app so pilots can manage aircraft checklists without creating accounts, without sending data to our servers, and without third-party trackers.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not install or use the app.

1) What data we collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data.

No account, login, or profile.
No analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs.
No data is sent to our servers or third parties from within the app.

2) What the app stores on your device

The app stores only your checklist completion states (checked/unchecked items) locally on your device using Android’s local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you back up or share it using your device’s own features.

Reset state: You can clear all stored item states via the app’s “Reset state” action.
Uninstall: Removing the app deletes the locally stored data.

3) Permissions

qChecklist does not request sensitive permissions. It does not require an internet connection to function and does not transmit personal data.

4) Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app collects no data, there is nothing for us to identify or store.

5) Third-party services

The app integrates no third-party analytics, ad networks, social SDKs, or external data collection tools.

6) Your choices

Use the in-app “Reset state” to clear on-device checklist progress.
Uninstall the app to remove all local data.
If you disagree with this policy, do not use the app.

7) Changes to this Policy

If we change the app or add features that affect privacy, we will update this page and the version in the app store listing. The revised policy becomes effective when posted. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
